Indotroinix is seeking an :Aircraft Product Repair Technician - C,  Maxwell AFB, AL
 
 
Shift Expectations (First, Second, Third): 
Various, 1st and 2nd shift 
1st Shift Start: 0700
1st Shift End: 1530 Monday - Friday
2nd Shift Start: 1500
2nd Shift End: 0100 Monday - Thursday
Some weekend shift available to comp time on Saturdays
Ability to life/move up to 40 LBs
High School diploma/GE
Requested Security Clearance:Active Must
 
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Military prior helicopter experience highly preferred for mechanic roles. Working with USAF reserve unit maintaining MH-139 Grey Wolf. shift work is not isolated to a single shift. Currently operating 2 shift schedule with a 3rd shift as a future possibility. Troubleshoots integrated conventional weapons systems, electronic and electromechanical components, fire control systems, electro-environmental systems, subassemblies, Alternate Mission Equipment, and test equipment to determine nature of malfunctions and corrective actions required both on and off equipment. Performs maintenance, repair, inspection, fabrication and modification of integrated conventional weapons systems electronic and electro-mechanical components, fire control systems, electro-environmental systems, and their subassemblies for both on and off equipment. Removes/installs integrated conventional weapons systems electronic components, fire control systems, electro-environmental systems, bomb navigation systems, and subassemblies for both on and off equipment and associated test equipment. Performs pretest, operational, functional, electrical, mechanical, and final testing of integrated conventional weapon systems electronic components fire control systems, electro-environmental systems, bomb navigation systems, and their subassemblies both on and off equipment. Accomplishes configuration changes of integrated conventional weapons control, launch, release, and suspension assemblies on assigned aircraft and equipment based on mission requirements. Performs explosive operations, loads and unloads, positions, arms, and safes all assigned conventional air munitions and pyrotechnics on assigned aircraft and or equipment. Controls tools, cleans work area and equipment and completes work control documents in accordance with established procedures.
Required Experience:
significant experience military avionics experience desired on any platform. (3-5 years avionics exp)
Microsoft office experience (excel, word, etc.)
testing, repair, and configuration experience

Preferred Experience:
Previous experience with M240 maintenance, uploading of chaff/flare onto aircraft, explosive handling for squibs, solid knowledge using IMDS, knowledge of AF-21-10, knowledge of TO 00-20-1.
