Synchron, LLC has an exciting opportunity for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analysts to support NAVSEA's Undersea Weapons and Warfare Systems (UWWS) Program Offices at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC! Our UWWS clients include the Navy's undersea weapons and submarine offices. We are seeking a candidate to support PMS 404 Undersea Weapons Program Office to provide the US Navy and our Allies and partners with cutting edge undersea warfare technology.

Responsibilities: * Assist with daily FMS case management functions in all phases of the FMS lifecycle, from pre-Letter of Request (LOR) to case development, case execution, and case reconciliation and closure * Support case development activities, such as drafting Price and Availability (P&A) packages, developing and entering data into Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), and preparing case amendments and modifications * Support case execution activities including, but not limited to: * Writing official correspondence following Navy correspondence guidelines * Preparing funding documents and monitoring financial execution using Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP) and Management Information System - International Logistics (MISIL) * Drafting slides, meeting minutes, action items, and supporting documentation for client meetings * Providing direct meeting support by organizing meeting logistics, IT support, and any other meeting requirements * Coordinating with US Navy technical personnel to address FMS customer inquiries Education and Experience: * Minimum of one-year professional related experience, preferably related to foreign military sales or international affairs. * Demonstrated experience supporting a program or project team responsible for projects. * Demonstrated written and oral communications skills, including project plans, white papers, proposals, and formal presentations.

* Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. * Able to apply understanding of agencies' mission, organizational interrelationships and priorities and consider the resource implications of decisions. * Experience supporting the US Navy or active duty Navy experience is preferred.

* Bachelor's degree in business, technical, international affairs, strategy & policy or related field. * Active DoD Secret Clearance. Work Location: Vicinity of Washington Navy Yard, Washington, DC.
