Job description

Who We Are

HVAC Experts keeps West Texas comfortable — and we do it by taking care of our people first. Our vision is simple: leave West Texas better than we found it, through the people we develop, the families we serve, and the legacy we build together.

The Role

Every sale starts hot. Keeping it that way is the job. As our Sales Support Coordinator, you’re the connective tissue between “sold” and “done” — chasing down details, keeping leads warm, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks between a handshake and a finished job. If you can close a customer over the phone as easily as you close out a to-do list, and you get a genuine thrill out of turning chaos into a checklist, we should talk.

What You’ll Do

Think of yourself as the sales team’s secret weapon. On any given day, you’ll:

•        Keep every lead warm — because a cold lead is a lost sale

•        Wrangle the paperwork, scheduling, and financing behind every sale, so the sales team doesn’t have to

•        Coordinate with installers and vendors to keep jobs moving — and moving on schedule

•        Follow up with customers to make sure the job’s finished and the invoice isn’t just floating out there

•        Be the first call whenever anything sale-related needs fixing

•        Do whatever it takes to keep deals moving and customers smiling — that’s the whole job, really

What You Bring

•        A closer’s instinct — you can sell and problem-solve over the phone like it’s second nature

•        Organizational skills sharp enough to keep a dozen jobs straight without breaking a sweat

•        A detail-oriented, “did-you-double-check-that” mindset

•        Self-direction — you chase down what’s missing, you don’t wait to be handed a to-do list

•        Communication skills strong enough to keep sales, install crews, and customers all on the same page, all day

•        Experience in sales, support and coordination

•        Comfort with scheduling, CRM, or financing software —
