Job Description: As our Customer Care Dynamo, you’ll wear many hats (not literally – unless that’s your thing). From expertly coordinating technician schedules to being the friendly voice that turns customer frowns upside down, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operation.

Responsibilities:

• Master Scheduler: Tetris-ing technician schedules for maximum efficiency and minimal chaos.
• Customer Whisperer: Answering calls and emails with a friendly, solutions-oriented attitude that leaves customers impressed.
• Crisis Manager: Handling last-minute schedule changes, surprise requests, and the occasional hiccup like a pro.
• Detail Detective: Updating job details, tracking work orders, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
• Communication Wizard: Keeping customers, technicians, and your teammates in the loop so everyone stays happy and informed.
• Team Energizer: Bringing positivity and energy to every interaction, because happy teams = happy customers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software applications
• Willingness to undergo drug testing and background checks.
