Lead the heartbeat of our operation! The Warehouse Supervisor drives fast, accurate shipping and receiving of raw materials and finished goods while maintaining precise inventory control and records. This role leads the team by assigning daily priorities, optimizing workflows, and tracking performance to exceed targets. From strategic wave planning to hands-on coordination of shipping schedules, the Supervisor ensures every order is analyzed, picked, and delivered with operational excellence.
What You Will Do
  • Lead & Develop the Team: Inspire, coach, and manage Warehouse employees. Support hiring decisions and partner with leadership on promotions, compensation, and performance management.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee efficient daily warehouse operations, ensuring flawless receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. Coordinate smooth shift handovers to maintain continuity and performance.
  • Plan & Execute with Precision: Create and manage schedules, workforce plans, and work instructions. Oversee inventory control and replenishment of warehouse supplies, spare parts, and materials.
  • Ensure Safety & Quality Standards: Champion service, quality, and compliance. Maintain high standards in safety, security, housekeeping, and proper use of equipment and machinery.
  • Optimize & Innovate: Identify and lead process improvement initiatives. Execute strategic projects and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance warehouse performance.

What You Will Bring
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years in warehousing with experience leading teams.
  • International Wave Planning: Experience analyzing, scheduling, and planning orders.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, technical proficiency in Oracle and Excel, and ability to present information effectively.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000. This role qualifies for a 15% shift differential. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
