Pay:

  • HVAC Installer: $29.00 โ€“ 36.00 hourly, depending on experience
  • Lead HVAC Installer: $36.00/hr to $41.50 hourly, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a one-hour lunch (alternative schedule of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch available).

Primary Job Function: As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of HVAC systems in residential and light commercial projects. Your leadership skills will be crucial in guiding the installation team to ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards, all while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Install or oversee the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety compliance
  • Collaborate with construction teams to interpret and follow new construction plans
  • Train and mentor installation crew members, ensuring they develop key skills (lead installers)
  • Ensure all installations meet local, state, and federal compliance regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, including time spent, parts used, and any recommendations for additional services
  • Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed for both team members and customers
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, providing system demonstrations when needed
  • Assist in product recommendations and customer education to help them make informed decisions about their HVAC needs

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in residential and light commercial HVAC installation
  • Lead installer candidates must have prior experience in a lead or supervisory role
  • Ability to read and interpret HVAC construction plans and blueprints
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • Strong communication skills and leadership abilities
  • Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Experience with new construction installations is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 58 lbs and work in various weather conditions
  • Nate Certification is a plus!
