Position Overview

We are looking for a Line / Prep Cook who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen and takes pride in craft cooking. This role is responsible for preparing and executing menu items to standard while maintaining a clean, organized station.

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards

Set up and stock stations for service

Execute prep work: chopping, sauces, proteins, etc.

Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout shifts

Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team

Ensure food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are met

Assist with specials, menu development, and creative input
