Waterpark Manager
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Waterpark Manager. In this role, you'll be accountable for the administration, operation, and direct management necessary to achieve stated objectives in guest/associate safety, sanitation/cleanliness, equipment safety/repairs, sales/profitability, costs, employee retention, and guest service satisfaction of all Resort venues located in the indoor and outdoor waterpark.
As part of our team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love-guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all waterpark associates' recruiting, selecting, hiring, orienting, and training, assigning, scheduling, evaluating, supervising performance and carrying out disciplinary action as
  • needed in accordance with Kalahari policies, procedures and applicable laws.
  • Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, safety guidelines and training programs for all waterpark venues.
  • Detailed mentoring and training of all Waterpark associates.
  • Ensure friendly and courteous customer relations at all times, identifying and welcoming current patrons and work to identify and grow future business through guest relations.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in management for waterpark or aquatics departments.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work.
  • Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

This is an hourly management position.
