Location: Wisconsin Dells, WI
Pay: $19 per hour

Join the lifeguard team at one of the most exciting waterparks in Wisconsin Dells - The Waterpark Capital of the World. This is a full-time, year-round position, not seasonal. Lifeguards supervise guests, enforce waterpark rules, prevent accidents, and maintain a clean and safe environment. Professionalism, alertness, and strong swimming skills are essential.

  • Supervise guests in all pool and waterpark areas
  • Enforce all waterpark rules and safety regulations
  • Watch for hazardous situations and respond quickly
  • Promote a fun, safe, and relaxing atmosphere
  • Assist guests and team members as needed
  • Maintain pool and deck areas, including hosing down surfaces
  • Remove debris from pools and decks
  • Keep tubes stacked neatly and manage tube usage
  • Keep pool furniture and umbrellas clean and organized
  • Maintain towel supplies for guests
  • Carry soiled towels to laundry and restock clean towels
  • Ensure all safety and cleaning equipment is stored properly
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Schedule
Work schedules vary and may include:

  • Any day Monday-Sunday
Requirements
  1. Strong swimming ability; must be able to swim the length of a pool
  2. Ability to complete swim test and Red Cross Lifeguard Training (provided)
  3. Ability to frequently swim, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and bend
  4. Ability to communicate, read, write, and speak English effectively
  5. Professional appearance and attitude
  6. Friendly, courteous, energetic, and guest-focused
  7. Punctual with excellent time-management skills
  8. Ability to work under pressure and remain calm
  9. Physically fit, assertive, and a strong team player
  10. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
  11. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs occasionally; frequently move up to 10 lbs
  12. Ability to work in moderate noise environments
  13. Flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
