As a Security Officer Unarmed Waterfront in West Palm Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post. Guided by our agile, reliable, and innovative approach, you will support daily operations with integrity, teamwork, and a people-first mindset.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.67 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon11:00 AM - 07:00 PMSat07:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
  • Guard card is required. 
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
