Beaver Dam Water Restoration is a 24/7 emergency service company specializing in water damage mitigation and structural drying. We help homeowners and businesses recover after unexpected damage — and we’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team.

Position Overview
As a Water Restoration Technician, you will perform production processes to fulfill restoration project needs while maintaining a professional appearance of equipment and vehicles.
You will be on the front lines of mitigation — the most critical phase of the restoration process.
We operate as a 24/7 emergency response company, and this position includes rotating on-call weekend shifts. Evening or late-night work may be required depending on when emergencies occur.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to service calls as needed
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, demolition, and job site preparation
- Set up and monitor drying equipment
- Inventory and load vehicles with necessary equipment and supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and equipment appearance
- Prepare rooms and staging areas for restoration work
- Follow job scopes and production guidelines
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, teammates, customers, and insurance adjusters
- Assist with job documentation and estimating using Xactimate
- Perform end-of-day cleanup and ensure job sites are left orderly
- Follow safety and risk management guidelines at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Effective oral communication skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to regularly lift 50+ pounds (up to 100 pounds with assistance)
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to work in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics, basements)
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Comfortable working around cleaning products and chemicals
- Ability to wear PPE when required
Bonus Qualifications(Not Required)
- Construction, demolition, or restoration experience
- IICRC certifications
- Experience with Xactimate
- Bilingual (Spanish)
