About the Role
Our Service Technicians are the problem solvers and protectors of the AWS customer experience. You'll maintain, diagnose, and repair water softeners, filtration, and reverse osmosis systems - ensuring every customer continues to enjoy safe, high-quality water in their home.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform system diagnostics, testing, and repairs on residential water treatment systems.
  • Conduct on-site water analysis to confirm system performance.
  • Complete preventive maintenance services such as filter changes, sanitizations, and salt delivery checks.
  • Document service results accurately in ServiceTitan.
  • Provide clear communication to customers about findings, maintenance schedules, and upgrade options.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are followed on every job.

What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year of field service, plumbing, or water treatment experience preferred (will train).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Valid driver's license and clean record.
  • Organized, dependable, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
