Job description

Filter Technician (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Houston 77040

Pay: $22-$23/ hour

Shift: 6:30am-4pm M-F

Start: 9/8/26

Currently hiring a filter tech to inspect, install, maintain, and replace filtration components in HVAC systems, industrial machinery, or water treatment plants to ensure optimal air or water quality and system efficiency. Will meet at shop daily and go with crew on service calls in the greater Houston area.

  • Pull cut and load up filters.
  • Change air filters in A/C units, filters in ceiling grilles inside buildings, filters in A/C units on rooftops.
  • HVAC experience a plus
  • Able to climb ladders, lift 50 lbs, and folly all safety regulations
  • Comfortable with confined spaces
  • Must pass background and drug screen
