Our mission is simple: serve high-quality food and treat every guest like family.
We are seeking a driven, hands-on Assistant Manager who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about hospitality and team development.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Lead, train, and develop servers, bartenders, and support staff
- Maintain service standards and uphold company policies
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and cost control
- Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively
- Support inventory management and operational organization
- Work closely with ownership and management team to drive performance
- Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold team members accountable.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and composure under pressure.
