Taglia Fresh Italian is a family-owned Italian restaurant established in 2019 in Pearland, TX. Built on our Italian heritage, we are known for fresh pasta, scratch-made sauces, handcrafted cocktails, and genuine hospitality. Our mission is simple: serve high-quality food and treat every guest like family.

We are seeking a driven, hands-on Assistant Manager who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about hospitality and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Lead, train, and develop servers, bartenders, and support staff
• Maintain service standards and uphold company policies
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and cost control
• Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively
• Support inventory management and operational organization
• Work closely with ownership and management team to drive performance

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold team members accountable.
3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and composure under pressure.
4. Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including labor control and guest service standards.
5. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
