Residential Sales Specialist - Water Solutions

$70,000 - $90,000+ per year (Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses).

Atlantic Blue Water Services is growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Residential Sales Specialists.

In this role, youโ€™ll meet with homeowners, test their water, and help them find the right solutions to improve their home and water quality. No prior industry experience is requiredโ€”we provide paid training and ongoing support.
Compensation Structure (Indeed-Compliant):
  • Base pay provided (hourly or salary, based on experience).
  • Commission and performance bonuses in addition to base pay.
  • Expected total earnings: $70,000 - $90,000+ annually.

This is not a commission-only position.

What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Perform in-home water testing and evaluations.
  • Educate homeowners on water quality and system performance.
  • Recommend customized water treatment solutions.
  • Prepare estimates and complete sales.
  • Build trust through clear, professional communication.
  • Generate leads through referrals, networking, and company-provided opportunities.
