Reports To: Warehouse Lead / Warehouse Supervisor
Industry: Coffee Roasting + Manufacturing

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations in our coffee factory. This role assists with receiving, storing, moving, and preparing coffee products and materials, helping ensure smooth production and on-time order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced food production environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with receiving shipments of green coffee, roasted coffee, packaging materials, and supplies.

  • Move and stage materials for roasting, grinding, and packaging operations.

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.

  • Help maintain proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and organized storage areas.

  • Perform basic inventory counts and report discrepancies or damages.

  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.

  • Safely operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment (forklift training provided if needed).

  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks.

  • Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.

  • Support other production and warehouse tasks as needed.


Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, production, or material-handling experience preferred but not required.

  • Ability to lift up to 50–70 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

  • Basic math and communication skills.


Preferred Skills
  • Experience in food, beverage, or coffee production environments.
