HVAC Warehouse Assistant
Commercial Express HVAC - Sterling, VA Full-Time - On-site
Commercial Express HVAC, a commercial HVAC company in Sterling, VA, is seeking a full-time Warehouse Assistant. Reliability is a must. We offer competitive pay and a strong benefits package, including employee health insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, 401(k), and bonuses.
Responsibilities
  • Pull and stage requested warehouse materials (material ship tickets) and company tools
  • Stage equipment deliveries from vendors
  • Enter material ship tickets for work orders costing process (time sensitive)
  • Watch for and report low item counts for replenishment
  • Participate in keeping the warehouse organized & clean
  • Check for and report any obvious damage to company tools when returned
  • Perform light maintenance and visual checks for certain company tools
  • Restock warehouse shelves with material deliveries
  • Ensure scissor-lifts/manlift get charged when returned
  • Keep spot coolers appearance neat for rental purposes
  • Be proficient with gas and electric forklifts (On-Job Training Available)

Requirements
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic Microsoft Office experience and computer literacy
  • Good driving record
  • Able to lift 80 pounds
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively
