Join the SIMOS team! Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced production and team environment? We have an opportunity for day-shift Warehouse Associates to join our team. We're hiring full-time Warehouse Associates with at least 6 months of recent warehouse experience. Enjoy weekly pay, benefits after 30 days, PTO, and a $50 referral bonus (per eligibility requirements).
Duties: loading and unloading shipments, moving and organizing products, sorting and scanning orders, and general warehouse labor. Ability to lift parts weighing up to 50 lbs. without powered equipment assistance- NON-CLIMATE-CONTROLLED WAREHOUSE
SHIFTS:
  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6 AM - 3 PM (Or until work is completed). Must have flexibility for mandatory overtime, including Saturdays and Sundays.
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3 PM - 12:00 AM (Or until work is completed). Must have flexibility for mandatory overtime, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Job Responsibilities
  • Receive product, unload, sort, and palletize items daily in a fulfillment and production environment.
  • Ability to lift parts weighing up to 50 lbs. without powered equipment assistance
  • Walking, standing, bending, twisting, and reaching consistently throughout the duration of the shift

  • NON-CLIMATE-CONTROLLED WAREHOUSE - Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment
  • Working safely and promoting a clean environment
  • Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions
  • Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
  • Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
  • Ability to utilize personal protective equipment which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes
