What You’ll Do:

Warehouse amp; Inventory Operations

  • Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping operations.
  • Ensure accuracy, productivity, and efficiency in daily warehouse functions.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and service level agreements.

Team Leadership amp; Supervision

  • Assign work schedules and direct daily warehouse activities.
  • Lead, train, and provide performance feedback to team members.
  • Work alongside the team, assisting in warehouse tasks when needed.

Process Improvement amp; Reporting

  • Monitor warehouse operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare daily reports on productivity, shipping, and warehouse performance.
  • Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and workflow efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Associates degree or 2+ years in a supervisory/team lead role in warehousing or distribution
Inventory Management Experience is Required
Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English)
Strong leadership amp; problem-solving skills—able to delegate tasks, make decisions, and resolve issues effectively
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment with fluctuating workloads
Excellent attention to detail amp; quality control
Punctuality amp; reliability—consistent attendance is a must


What Success Looks Like:

Within 3-6 months, you will:

  • Have a strong understanding of Boxzooka’s warehouse operations amp; team structure.
  • Successfully manage day-to-day warehouse activities amp; team performance.
  • Ensure inventory is accurate, shipments are on time, and workflow is optimized.

By 12 months, you will:

  • Take full ownership of a warehouse department (inbound, outbound, or inventory control).
  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Mentor and develop team members, helping them grow within the company.

Work Environment amp; Physical Requirements

Physical Demands:

  • Lift up to 49 lbs repetitively
  • Stand/walk for 10-12 hours per shift
  • Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, reaching, and climbing
  • Perform manual labor in a fast-paced warehouse setting

Warehouse Conditions:

  • Cold temperatures amp; loud environment at times
  • High-volume workload amp; tight deadlines

Visual Requirements:

  • Ability to inspect products, operate RF scanners, read reports, and use measurement devices
