Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate and efficient receipt of inbound shipments into the warehouse. This role includes loading and unloading containers, assisting with outbound retail orders, inspecting product condition, and ensuring inventory is properly processed and stored. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, physical capability, and commitment to warehouse safety standards.
Position Responsibilities:

  • Unload inbound container shipments safely and efficiently.
  • Palletize and organize product to maximize space, stability, and workflow efficiency.
  • Count and verify inventory against packing lists and system records to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify and report damaged goods, shortages, or mis-shipments in a timely manner.
  • Conduct routine cycle counts of existing inventory to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Assist with full physical inventory counts and reconciliation efforts.
  • Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies to support accurate reporting.
  • Maintain organized inventory storage areas to support smooth warehouse operations.
  • Assist with picking, packing, and staging outbound retail store orders.
  • Ensure outbound shipments are accurate, complete, and prepared for on-time delivery.
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and fulfillment goals.

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Experience in warehouse receiving or logistics preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively work individually and/or in a team environment
• Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy freight safely
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen, e-verify, and criminal background check
