Warehouse Safety Admin | Henderson, NV


Nexeo HR is hiring a Warehouse Safety Admin for an industry-leading global logistics and supply chain company located in Henderson. This company manages warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory control, and custom logistics solutions for major clients across retail, technology, manufacturing, automotive, and healthcare industries.


This is not a shipping or receiving clerk role. This is an administrative support position within warehouse operations, focused heavily on documentation, inbound coordination, and safety paperwork. The Receiving Admin plays a key role in maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to issue tickets related to inbound shipment documentation and discrepancies
  • Assign dock doors to incoming drivers in coordination with warehouse operations
  • Organize, file, and maintain receiving and safety paperwork for accurate record-keeping
  • Assist the SS&C Supervisor with daily safety documentation filing and tracking
  • Update the internal Inbound Dashboard with load information and confirm orders as received
  • Research and resolve discrepancies with received orders
  • Communicate issues promptly with shift leads or supervisors
  • Support overall warehouse inventory control and documentation accuracy

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or administrative support
  • Experience filing safety documentation and compliance paperwork
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay
