What we need
Safety is at the heart of everything we do at Exol Logistics. As our Warehouse Safety Manager, you'll lead the environmental health and safety (EHS) program at our Perris, CA facility-ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment for every team member. You'll build and sustain a proactive safety culture, lead audits and investigations, and partner closely with operations, maintenance, automation, and construction teams to make sure every process and project is executed safely and efficiently.

Exol* is pioneering fulfillment-as-a-service, offering outsourced warehousing operations and specializing in automated warehousing solutions. Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across all sectors, such as CPG, food and beverage, wholesale, and retail.

What you'll do
  • Implement and maintain site-wide environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs across warehouse operations, automation, and construction.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations; identify and drive corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, facilities, and automation teams to ensure all work areas and processes meet or exceed safety standards.
  • Deliver training, emergency response programs, and ongoing safety education to drive continuous improvement and employee engagement.
  • Support environmental initiatives, including waste handling, energy efficiency, and environmental risk mitigation.
  • Report on safety metrics and performance to site and regional leadership, promoting transparency and accountability.

What you'll need
  • High School Diploma Required, Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Operations or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in EHS roles within logistics, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and related regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence across departments and lead safety initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed; valid driver's license required.

Our Environment
  • Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
  • The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
  • This is an in-warehouse role; you'll spend time on the floor as well as in the office.
  • Flexibility to work multiple shifts (day, swing, night) or be on call depending on operational demands.
  • Ability to walk/stand for extended periods, climb stairs/ladders, and tolerate warehouse environmental conditions (temperature variations, noise, etc.)
  • Occasional travel may be required (within the region) for network meetings or other facilities.

The base range for this position in the posted location is $106,400.00 - $145,180.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, PTO and/or other benefits.
