Job description

Warehouse Security Officer

Warehouse Security Officer

Location: Hamilton, NJ

Pay Rate: $18.00 per Hour

Schedule: Saturday–Tuesday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Security Officer to provide security services at a busy warehouse and distribution facility in Hamilton, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have prior security experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or similar industrial environments.

Requirements
  • Active New Jersey SORA Guard Card License (required)
  • Previous security experience (required)
  • Experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or similar settings preferred
  • Strong observation and reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Responsibilities
  • Monitor access control for employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries
  • Conduct routine patrols of the warehouse and surrounding property
  • Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized activity
  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns
  • Complete daily activity logs and detailed incident reports
  • Enforce site policies and security procedures
  • Assist with vehicle and visitor verification as required
