As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily shipping and receiving operations, maintain an organized and safe warehouse, and ensure accurate documentation and packaging to meet quality and delivery deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, verify and document incoming shipments; process waybills, packing slips and related paperwork.
  • Pick, pack and prepare outbound orders; verify sales orders and sign packing slips.
  • Load/unload shipments and ensure proper end-of-shift shutdown.
  • Assemble, package, label and scribe products correctly to prevent transit damage.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, equipment functionality and required supplies.
  • Communicate with couriers, suppliers, Procurement and other stakeholders; schedule shipments as needed.
  • Report discrepancies, damaged items or missed deadlines to the Operations Manager; record and develop NCRs when required.
  • Follow QMS, safety policies and continuous improvement procedures; assist with general maintenance and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Valid forklift certification and ability to lift medium-heavy loads.
  • Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments; data-entry skills an asset.
  • Able to work outdoors and across multiple departments; adaptable and team-oriented.
  • Strong attention to accuracy, quality and safety; self-sufficient in supervisors' absence.
