P&A Recruiting is hiring on behalf of a confidential client that needs a strong, hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager ASAP.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Running day-to-day warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory)
  • Leading, coaching, and holding your team accountable
  • Driving productivity, efficiency, and output
  • Managing schedules, staffing, and labor needs
  • Ensuring inventory accuracy and clean processes
  • Enforcing safety standards and warehouse discipline
  • Identifying problems and fixing them without being told
  • Working cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • 2 to 3 years managing warehouse operations (REQUIRED)
  • Proven ability to lead teams and improve performance
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Strong problem-solver who takes ownership
  • Comfortable being on the floor, not behind a desk
  • Forklift experience preferred
