We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our [BRANCH] team.


Job Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our branch operations and provide excellent service to both internal and external customers. This role is responsible for assisting customers at the will-call counter, building hose assemblies, pulling and preparing customer orders, conducting daily cycle counts, and supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced industrial warehouse environment.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers at the will-call counter by locating, preparing, and providing products in a professional and timely manner
  • Build hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies according to customer specifications and company standards
  • Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup
  • Conduct daily cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives
  • Receive, stock, organize, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse
  • Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Support local deliveries as needed using company vehicles
  • Verify products, quantities, and order accuracy before shipment or customer pickup
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
  • Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or customer service experience preferred
  • Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to meet company driving requirements
  • Ability and willingness to operate company vehicles for local deliveries as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory and order management systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building hydraulic or industrial hose assemblies
  • Familiarity with hydraulic, industrial, or fluid conveyance products
  • Forklift experience or certification
  • Experience using inventory management or ERP systems (P21 experience a plus)
  • Previous experience in an industrial distribution or warehouse environment

Work Environment:

  • Warehouse setting with exposure to noise, dust, and material handling equipment
  • Frequent interaction with customers at the will-call counter
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and carrying materials

Repetitive use of hands and arms when assembling products and handling inventory

Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and handle materials throughout the facility
