SOUTH BAY SAND BLASTING & TANK CLEANING, INC. located in Kent, WA; shipyard-related subcontractor looking to hire a Warehouse Coordinator / Runner.Job DescriptionA warehouse Coordinator /runner assists with various tasks to support shipbuilding, maintenance, and repair activities. This position is responsible for the rapid movement of parts, tools, and materials between storage areas and the repair sites (vessels, dry docks, and piers). Responsibilities:Logistics/Running: Transporting tools and materials from the warehouse to the waterfront, dry dock, or directly aboard vessels, often using forklifts, flatbed trucks, or other company vehicles.Material Handling:Receiving incoming materials, verifying against packing slips, and storing them in designated warehouse locations. Loading and unloading materials, equipment, and supplies from trucks, containers, and other storage areas.
