Job description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations while leading a high-performing, safety-focused team. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service across all warehouse functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, evaluate, and develop warehouse personnel

  • Foster a team-oriented, customer-focused branch culture

  • Ensure safety is the top priority across all warehouse operations

  • Oversee receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory control

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, returns, and warranty processing

  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment

  • Support deliveries, customer pickups, and special projects as needed


Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)

  • Clean driving record


Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of warehouse or operations management experience

  • Prior wholesale warehouse experience

  • Forklift experience

  • Experience with computerized or barcode-based inventory systems
