We are a growing company specializing in the installation of security systems, fire alarm systems, access control, and CCTV surveillance systems. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Part-Time Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure our field technicians have the materials and equipment they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels of security, fire alarm, CCTV, and access control equipment.
  • Prepare materials and equipment for scheduled installation projects.
  • Track inventory usage and reorder supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate with project managers and field technicians to ensure timely material availability.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Load and unload deliveries.
  • Manage tool check-in/check-out and keep records of company equipment.
  • Assist with shipping, returns, and warranty items.
  • Perform periodic inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse or inventory management experience required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience with low-voltage, electrical, security, or construction materials is highly preferred.
Schedule
  • Part-time (approximately 15โ€“20 hours per week)
