THE ROLE Manager, Recruiting (US Warehouses)

At Quince, talent is our greatest competitive edge—our bar is high because that’s what drives our success. We are seeking a Manager, Recruiting (US Warehouses) to oversee and drive full-cycle hiring across our growing fulfillment footprint, currently spanning New Jersey and Las Vegas.

In this role, you aren’t an order-taker; you are a strategic operator and a critical business partner. You will lead and coach our onsite warehouse recruiting teams in NJ and LV, ensuring we scale our hourly associate workforce and hire warehouse leadership (Supervisors, Operations Managers, General Managers, and Quality/QRC leads). This is a player-coach role requiring an analytical mind, a deep understanding of high-volume and leadership fulfillment recruitment, and the ability to build seamless, high-velocity hiring systems without ever compromising on talent quality.

Responsibilities
  • Directly manage and develop our onsite recruiting team members located at our New Jersey and Las Vegas fulfillment centers. Set a high bar for recruiting craft, accountability, and operational discipline.
  • Act as the primary talent partner to our East and West Coast Warehouse General Managers, translating localized operational goals into structured, predictable hiring plans.
  • Oversee the strategy for both high-volume hourly warehouse hiring and high-touch professional recruiting for critical managerial, supervisory, and specialized Quality Control (QRC) roles.
  • Build and execute proactive strategies for seasonal ramp-ups, ensuring our fulfillment centers are fully and strategically staffed to handle peak volume.
  • Personally lead select mid-to-senior level warehouse management searches where strong candidate assessment, passive sourcing, and precise closing skills are required.
  • Establish Quince as an employer of choice in both the NJ and Las Vegas markets through highly-targeted local community sourcing, localized digital recruiting, and optimized onsite hiring events.
  • Continually improve hiring processes, from applicant tracking system (ATS) automation and rapid-screening tools to interviewer calibration and background check integrations, ensuring a fast, frictionless candidate experience.
  • Rigorously track and evaluate funnel health, cost-per-hire, cycle times, candidate drop-off, and recruiter productivity to proactively address bottlenecks and predict future labor needs.
Qualifications Required
  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-growth, high-expectation environments, with a strong focus on warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, or physical retail operations.
  • 5+ years of direct people management experience, with a proven track record of managing, coaching, and scaling recruiting teams across multiple geographic locations.
  • Deep experience spanning both high-volume hourly recruiting and specialized professional hiring (specifically Warehouse Supervisors, Shift Managers, Operations Managers, and Quality Leads).
  • Data-driven operator who is highly analytical, comfortable with talent mapping, and proficient in leveraging ATS metrics to optimize recruiting funnels.
  • Outstanding communication and influence skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with onsite warehouse leadership and cross-functional HR partners.
  • Strong understanding of localized hourly labor market dynamics in New Jersey and/or Las Vegas.
  • Ability to travel occasionally between the NJ and Las Vegas fulfillment facilities.
Preferred
  • Direct experience working within rapidly scaling e-commerce, direct-to-consumer (DTC), or highly automated retail fulfillment networks.
  • Experience with high-volume hourly recruitment automation tools (e.g., SMS-based recruitment, automated scheduling, and fast-track hiring platforms).
  • Prior experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Location in New Jersey or Las Vegas is a plus

All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.

Pay Range: $150,000 — $175,000 USD

WHY QUINCE?

Joining Quince means being part of a mission-driven team reshaping retail. You will work alongside talented colleagues, tackle meaningful challenges, and contribute to building a more sustainable, accessible future for customers and partners alike.
