L'opportunite

Rapports : au gestionnaire d'entrepot, travaillez en etroite collaboration avec un superviseur d'entrepot de quarts.


Ce que vous ferez:/ Responsabilites

  • Creer differents rapports tels que : equilibrer les produits partiels et les produits finis.
  • Effectuer des rapports de securite et d'equipement.
  • Imprimer les etiquettes/autocollants pour : la production, la commande, le recu et les retours.
  • Creer des bons de travail, remplisser la documentation pertinente pour traiter les ordres.
  • Effectuer des verifications des recus.
  • Verifier la conformite des produits finis.
  • Faire le suivi de toutes les demandes liees a l'entrepot.
  • Participer a la mise a jour quotidienne du tableau de bord.
  • Traiter tous les appels telephoniques entrants de maniere polie.
  • Remplacer et agir en tant que collegues Representant du service a la clientele de remplacement lorsqu'ils s'absentent pour des raisons personnelles ou des vacances (au besoin - veuillez consulter l'annexe 1).
  • Assurer que le rapprochement de l'inventaire est effectue avec exactitude.
  • Communiquer les penuries avec des suggestions de substitution si necessaire.
  • Assurer que la date d'expedition et la date de livraison de toutes les commandes sont toujours mises a jour dans l'ERP.
  • Toutes les autres taches administratives connexes, effectuer des taches ad hoc en fonction des besoins de l'entrepot donne par le gestionnaire d'entrepot ou le superviseur de l'entrepot.

  • Diplome d'etudes collegiales en gestion d'entreprise ou dans un domaine connexe des services administratifs.
  • Experience min de 3 ans.
  • Environnement WMS (actif).
  • Capacite de prendre des initiatives.

  • Doit etre capable de s'adapter a un environnement de travail au rythme rapide.
  • Capacite d'etablir de bonnes relations interpersonnelles.
  • Doit avoir une bonne capacite a travailler seul et avec d'autres ou en equipe.

Shift available : morning (5:15am-1:45pm)

The Opportunity:

Reporting: to the Warehouse Manager, work closely with a Shift Warehouse Supervisor.


What You'll Do:

Responsibilities

  • Create different reports such as balancing partial products and finished products.
  • Perform safety and equipment reports.
  • Print labels/stickers for: production, order, receipt and returns.
  • Create work orders, complete relevant documentation to process orders.
  • Perform receipt audits.
  • Verify the conformity of finished products.
  • Follow up on all warehouse-related requests.
  • Participates in the daily dashboard update.
  • Handle all inbound phone calls in a polite manner.
  • Replace and act as a back up CSR co-workers when absent for personal reasons or holidays (when needed - please see annex 1).
  • Ensure the reconciliation of inventory is completed with accuracy.
  • Communicate shortages with substitution suggestions if necessary.
  • Ensure that the ship date and delivery date of all orders are always updated in the ERP.
  • Any other related administrative tasks, perform ad hoc duties according to the needs of warehouse given by Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor.

Skills and Qualifications

  • College diploma in business management or a related field of administrative services.
  • Minimum experience of 3 years.
  • WMS environment (asset).
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • Pro-active, detail oriented.
  • Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
  • Ability to establish good interpersonal relationships.
  • Must have a good ability to work alone and with others or in a team.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Ability to work in a bilingual environment (French and English required).

Working Conditions:
