Job description

The Warehouse Associate helps protect inventory, receives, loads, and unloads materials. He or she must appropriately handle all materials following company policies and procedures to ensure a safe workplace and may need to drive a company vehicle occasionally. 


The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in a warehouse environment.  In addition, he or she must have the strength and stamina to perform the duties of this position (standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, etc.) and must have a forklift certification (or is willing to obtain our internal certification).  Effective oral and written skills, good time management skills, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.  Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus but not required to be considered.  All Warehouse Associates are required to wear steel toe boots for safety purposes.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Loads and unloads goods and supplies ensuring proper handling at all times
  • Moves goods within the warehouse as needed, using a forklift as required
  • Follows all safety policies and procedures
  • May be required to make deliveries or pick up materials and return to warehouse using company vehicle.
  • Other duties as assigned.
