Job description

Warehouse/Inventory Clerk Associate
We're looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk Associate to support daily inventory control and warehouse operations. You will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy through cycle counts and data entry, assist with receiving duties, and help support order pulling, staging, and shipping activities as needed. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You may assist in loading shipments. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to handle; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, bend, crouch or crawl. The employee must also occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Your Challenge:
  • Conduct routine and scheduled cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Run reports and complete cycle count entries in inventory systems.
  • Assist with inventory adjustments and discrepancy resolution.
  • Provide backup support for the Receiving Clerk during absences or as workload allows.
  • Help pull and stage orders for shipment.
  • Process requests for pulls and assembly kits related to outbound orders.
  • Assist with packaging and preparing shipments.
  • Compile and document all transactions for accurate data entry.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Support general warehouse tasks and team members as needed.
  • Verifying product quantities, lot numbers, and storage locations with precision.
  • Managing competing priorities during high-volume periods.
  • Maintaining accurate data entry under tight deadlines

Your Expertise:
  • Minimum 1-3 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Oracle or other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with team members and other departments.
  • Must be comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Physical ability to lift, move, and organize materials as required.
