Join our team as a Warehouse & Delivery Technician and play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our valued customers! As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods to designated locations while providing exceptional customer service. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESWarehouse Operations & Inventory ManagementInspect, unload, receive, store, and organize incoming inventory, equipment, supplies, and materials.Refuse damaged deliveries if needed.Assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, staging, and shipping products.Support inventory management through counting, labeling, organizing, and maintaining accurate stock levels.Maintain accurate records related to inventory, deliveries, and equipment preparation.Assist with warehouse organization, inventory projects, and operational improvement initiatives.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Delivery & Customer SupportPrepare daily delivery routes and stage equipment for delivery.Lead or assist with customer deliveries, equipment pickups, and urgent delivery requests as assigned.Contact customers prior to deliveries to confirm delivery details and verify addresses when appropriate.Deliver, set up, and explain the basic operation of equipment to customers and caregivers.Assist customers with loading equipment and supplies when necessary.Provide professional and courteous customer service while representing the Company in customers' homes, facilities, and communities. Equipment Processing & PreparationAssemble equipment and prepare products for delivery, rental, showroom display, or inventory.Learn and perform basic wheelchair setups, adjustments, and equipment preparation.Clean, disinfect, inspect, and prepare returned equipment according to company policies, manufacturer guidelines, and accreditation standards.Maintain cleaning, inspection, and equipment processing procedures as required. Vehicle & Facility SupportLoad and unload company vehicles efficiently and safely.Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicles.Notify the Technician Manager of vehicle maintenance needs, equipment concerns, inventory shortages, or operational issues.Empty trash, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and assist with facility housekeeping duties as assigned.Assist with building maintenance, grounds maintenance, landscaping, and facility upkeep as assigned.Assist with snow removal during winter months, including sidewalks, loading areas, entrances, and other designated areas. Safety, Compliance & Team CollaborationWork collaboratively with all departments within the company.Maintain compliance with all company policies, HIPAA requirements, safety procedures, warehouse protocols, vehicle policies, accreditation requirements, and operational guidelines.Attend department and company meetings as requested. Cross-Training & Professional DevelopmentAll Warehouse Technicians will be cross-trained and expected to perform warehouse operations, inventory management, equipment preparation, equipment cleaning and disinfection, delivery support, customer deliveries, and facility support duties as business needs require.Maintain knowledge of company products, equipment, warehouse procedures, and delivery processes.Learn and carry out any additional tasks or designated job duties as assigned. POSITION REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONSEducation & ExperienceRequired Education: High School diploma or equivalent.Preferred Experience: Warehouse, delivery, logistics, inventory control, general labor, moving, transportation, or related experience.
