Job description

SHIFT: 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday
Pay Range: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
The Warehouse Operator preforms the daily business functions of receiving, inventory control, raw material handling, finished goods storage, and staging and shipping of goods.
Job Details:
  • Perform SAP transactions related to each warehouse activity.
  • Receive all raw materials: Unload truck, verify paperwork and store in accordance with policies.
  • Collect samples, documents and raw materials as needed for requesting departments.
  • Return raw materials to warehouse after production use.
  • Move finished goods from production to finished goods storage.
  • Work with Transportation Coordinator and Warehouse Supervisor to coordinated order selection process.
  • Stage finished goods for shipping.
  • Prepare all shipment documentation; apply labels, and necessary checklists. * Ensure accuracy of shipments by confirming paperwork, quantity of boxes and weights.
  • Load trucks and containers.
  • Process parcel shipments using shipping computer.
  • Follow all CTPAT rules and guidelines.
  • Conduct cycle-counts of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Participate in all physical counts.
  • Maintain work areas in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.
  • Immediately report any environmental or safety concerns to manager observed during daily activities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
