What You'll Do
As a Resident Assistant/Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate daily care while helping residents maintain their dignity, comfort, and independence.
Responsibilities include:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility
  • Provide medication reminders
  • Assist with incontinence care and changing bed linens
  • Accurately document resident care and services provided
  • Follow individualized resident care plans
  • Communicate effectively with the Resident Services team to ensure continuity of care
  • Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
  • Encourage resident engagement and participation in activities
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year of healthcare or caregiving experience
  • Successfully pass a criminal background screening
  • Ability to work in a drug-free workplace
  • Complete required dementia training if applicable

Preferred
  • CNA or Nursing Assistant certification in good standing (if applicable)
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Experience with electronic resident documentation systems
