We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technician to service a warehouse facility. This position involves operating an auto scrubber and collecting cardboard and recyclables for bale processing.
This is a hands-on position that requires reliability, efficiency, and the ability to work independently.
Job Duties
  • Operate ride-on or walk-behind auto scrubber to clean warehouse floors
    Dust mop and maintain large open floor areas
  • Collect cardboard, plastic, and wood debris throughout facility
  • Transport recyclables to compactor or baler area
  • Assist with bale processing (cardboard/plastic)
  • Empty trash and maintain clean dock areas
  • Follow safety guidelines and PPE requirements
  • Complete required scanning or reporting procedures (if applicable)
  • Work effectively with other team members.
  • Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, time & attendance, and uniform policies.
  • Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners.
  • Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners.
  • Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.

Qualifications
  • Experience operating auto scrubber preferred (training available for the right candidate)
    Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.
  • Must have ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Must care about quality.
  • Must be detailed oriented and work at a efficient pace.
  • Must be reliable.
  • Able to lift 35 lbs.
  • Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
  • Must have valid driver's license
