Responsibilities
  • Follow up with customers behind sales reps to ensure all opportunities are fully worked
  • Confirm appointments and coach reps on setting strong, high-quality appointments
  • Train and mentor sales reps on daily responsibilities, trust-building, and achieving sales goals
  • Desk deals accurately, submit to lenders, make credit decisions, and maximize front/back gross
  • Maintain full knowledge of lender programs and rate options
  • Ensure 100% customer TOs are completed and CRM notes are clear and up to date
  • Contract deals, sell finance products, generate income, and close transactions
  • Maintain compliance by ensuring all policies and procedures are followed
  • Verify paperwork for cash, finance, and loan transactions for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure all funds are collected at closing
  • Handle cancellations for warranties, GAP, and related products
  • Maintain customer satisfaction with a CSI above 90%Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business
  • Train and support sales staff, assist in deal closings, and lead regular training sessions
  • Set clear goals, motivate the team, and drive daily performance
  • Lead negotiations and ensure customers understand purchase options
  • Partner with leadership on inventory and manage departmental expenses
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement action plans to improve results
 
Requirements
  • Must be a team player!
  • Previous automotive Finance experience 2+ years required
  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
  • Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
  • Well-versed in title laws and the registration process
  • Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
  • Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
