In 1998, Holland & Sherry Interiors was born out of this legacy. Taking inspiration from these traditional apparel fabrics, our interiors textiles have a transitional quality suited for all aspects of the decorated room. With wool, our most celebrated natural fiber, we have pushed the boundaries of design and performance to create a collection defined by excellence and rooted in heritage.
In addition to fabrics, Holland & Sherry has developed collections which range across product categories from custom embroidery, rugs, wallcovering and trim, to leather, hardware and lighting. Every item we produce reflects our core values of quality and craftsmanship, in keeping with what Holland & Sherry started 180 years ago.
Holland & Sherry is looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and career-motivated Showroom Manager to join our team in Seattle. Ideally, candidates should have three to five years of showroom experience, but we are also looking for applicants with a passion for textiles, interior design, and a profound interest in collaborating with designers to create extraordinary spaces.
Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and grow existing client relationships while proactively identifying and developing new business within the design industry, both in the showroom and through outside sales efforts
  • Maintain/update target client lists, calendar of events, launches, client opportunities, and regional selling activities
  • Define and implement showroom goals, key performance indicators, and strategic objectives
  • Prepare activity and sales reports
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and showroom organization
  • Maintain compliance with company operational and accounting policies
  • Work closely with VP of Sales to increase education, activity, sales growth, and profitability
  • Review figures monthly with executive team or VP of Sales
  • Collaborate with internal teams including customer service and product managers
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, vendors, and colleagues
  • Lead by example and motivate team members
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in showroom sales, interior design, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the interior design industry and trade relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
