Job Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Associate Vice President of Sales, reporting to the Vice President, Sales - LIVE• TEAM NA, to drive the next phase of growth for LIVE• TEAM. This role is built for a highly strategic, revenue driven relationship builder with a proven ability to win, develop and nurture new business and develop deep connections with stakeholders providing clarity, credibility, and infectious enthusiasm.
You will develop senior level relationships, craft short, mid and long-range growth strategies, and identify new opportunities that elevate and expand our Live offering.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Build and maintain an enviable network of senior level clients, partners, and industry contacts to generate new revenue opportunities for LIVE• TEAM.
  • Proactively identify and pursue high value new business leads across sports, entertainment, culture, and brand partnerships.
  • Develop strategic growth plans that align with organizational priorities and position the Live division at the forefront of industry innovation.
  • Own the full business development lifecycle; from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and handoff to the client services project teams ensuring clarity, momentum, and collaboration at every stage.
  • Work closely with solutions group to ensure proposals are feasible, innovative, and cost-effective and have the ability to seamlessly transition sold work into build and delivery.
  • Manage complex contract negotiations and work with contracts as required.
  • Diligently maintain sales activity records within the company's CRM, ensuring information is kept up to date.
  • Translate complex ideas into compelling narratives that excite internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously seek out industry learning, new trends, and emerging opportunities; bring fresh thinking that elevates the division.
  • Ability to lead teams from the front, nurture new starters and create a positive, high-energy environment that thrives on success.
  • Represent LIVE• TEAM at key industry events, conferences, and client engagements.

What We're Looking For:
  • 7-10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, commercial strategy or related functions.
  • Demonstrate track record of winning new revenue and building strategic, senior C-Suite relationships.
  • Strong financial acumen with a clear understanding of what drives profitability and long-term value.
  • Experience in leading high-performance teams.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influence skills with the ability to inspire action and rally teams.
  • Highly proactive, curious and driven, with a contagious enthusiasm for growth and learning.
  • Experience within sports, branding, signage, or live events is a plus but not essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and evolving environment.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7-10+ years of sales experience, with a preference for experience in the print or digital industry.
  • Proven success in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is beneficial.
