  • Build and strengthen relationships with executive leaders and key decision-makers at regional and national TPAs.
  • Drive a consultative sales process from prospecting through close by identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating agreements, and achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Position the Valenz Health platform as a strategic solution that enables TPAs to better serve their clients through improved cost management, quality, and member outcomes.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Valenz Health platform and clearly articulate our value proposition, competitive differentiators, and business impact.
  • Represent Valenz Health at industry conferences, association meetings, and networking events to strengthen market presence and generate new partnership opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and opportunity management within the CRM while providing regular updates on territory performance and market insights.

Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience selling healthcare, employer benefits, or closely related solutions within the self-funded healthcare market.
  • Demonstrated success developing relationships with regional and national third-party administrators and an understanding of the TPA sales landscape.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals while managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of third-party administration, self-funded employer health plans, and the operational challenges facing TPAs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to independently manage a territory, prioritize opportunities, and drive results.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Where You'll Work: This is a fully remote position outside of the travel requirements, and we'll provide all the necessary equipment!
  • Travel: Up to 50% to meet with prospective clients, partners, and industry organizations.
