  • Drive pricing, incentive, and inventory strategies that optimize revenue, absorption, and profitability.

Vice President of Sales Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred. 

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including significant residential homebuilding leadership responsibilities. 

  • Demonstrated success leading multi-community or multi-market sales organizations and delivering sustained revenue growth. 

  • Strong strategic planning, financial management, forecasting, and market analysis capabilities. 

  • Exceptional leadership, talent development, communication, and relationship-building skills. 

  • Deep understanding of residential real estate, homebuilding operations, and customer acquisition strategies. 

  • Experience utilizing CRM platforms, sales analytics, and performance management systems to drive results.
