We are currently looking for a Vice President SBA Commercial Loan Officer to join our team!
What you'll be doing:
In this role, you will identify and meet with clients and prospects seeking commercial loans with a focus on SBA 7(a) and 504 loan programs. You will collect and analyze financial data to determine credit worthiness.
Responsibilities
  • Identify new potential commercial loan clients and manage a portfolio of current commercial loan customers
  • Maintain and grow assigned portfolio and customer base
  • Collect documentation and financials for Credit Department and Loan Operations analysis
  • Work with Credit Department on due diligence
  • Present commercial loans to Loan Committee
  • Propose new, renewed and modified credit presentations
  • Maintain close relationships with customers with written communication and in person visits

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Prior experience as an SBA or C&I Commercial Loan Officer or SBA Commercial Portfolio Manager
  • Knowledge of SBA Lending market including SBA 7(a) and 504 loan programs
  • Credit analysis experience with completion of a formal Credit Training program
  • Proficient in Windows Office applications, Word, Excel and Outlook

Base pay of $140,000 to $165,000 depending on experience
