This will be accomplished through prospecting, relationship management, creating lending solutions, pipeline management, and cross-selling of lending and depository products while maintaining strong member relationships and portfolio quality.**Commercial Credit Administration and Portfolio Management*** Ability to analyze financial statements, assess credit risk, maintain accurate risk ratings, oversee annual reviews and loan renewals, ensure loan documentation compliance, manage loan closings, and monitor portfolio performance to maintain asset quality and minimize credit losses.**Compliance & Regulations*** Maintains comprehensive knowledge of commercial banking policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry trends to effectively manage business opportunities and achieve assigned production goals.
