We are seeking a Vice President based in Dallas to report to the COO of Wealth Solutions and partner with business leaders globally to align business strategy, drive AI strategy, automate manual workflows, and enable revenue growth.

Wealth Solutions

Wealth Solutions provides strategic and operational oversight across a diverse set of wealth management businesses, partnering closely with business leaders and functional teams to drive growth, improve execution, and deliver a differentiated client and advisor experience.

The Vice President in this role will work across the organization with senior business leaders and stakeholders including Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Real Estate and other cross-divisional partners. This multi-faceted role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, quantitative, communication, presentation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives that improve operating leverage, accelerate adoption of AI-enabled solutions and support commercial growth.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  • Execute key operating and strategic initiatives for Wealth Solutions in partnership with business leaders globally
  • Drive AI strategy and adoption by identifying high-impact use cases, embedding AI-enabled tools into business processes and measuring execution against strategic priorities
  • Automate manual workflows and streamline reporting, controls and operating processes to improve scalability, efficiency and execution quality
  • Solve ambiguous and ad hoc problems and use organizational skills to project manage remediation
  • Liaise with cross-divisional businesses such as HCM, CWS, Operations, Engineering, Compliance and Legal to develop and execute project plans in order to achieve business objectives 
  • Lead location strategy and project management across 80+ offices and $100M+ in occupancy expense a year in partnership with business unit leadership
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify, define and document on-going project objectives and requirements
  • Proactively suggest to leadership new ways to further enhance our business through analysis and reporting
  • Deliver key results to senior management using Excel and PowerPoint to develop leadership materials that help articulate progress in a clear and concise manner
  • Focus on expense discipline, process optimization and automation to create operating leverage across the business
  • Ability to own key strategic initiatives on behalf of senior stakeholders

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience including project management
  • Advanced Excel expertise required, including strong quantitative and analytical skills, financial modeling, data analysis and executive reporting
  • Self-starter who learns quickly and is attentive to detail
  • Ability to conceptualize and design PowerPoint presentations to clearly convey information to leadership
  • Strong project management skills; self-driven; ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate and present results highlighting the broader commercial and strategic impact
  • Competitive spirit with the ability to lead, motivate and build relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with confidence and ability to create structure and present messages to senior audiences 
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines - deep project management skills are a must.
