Job description

As a Vice President, Product Manager in Trust & Security, you will shape the product vision and strategy for fraud rule and vendor platforms, translating business needs into clear requirements and scalable delivery plans. You will partner closely with fraud strategy, product, and technology stakeholders to streamline decisioning services, improve controls, and accelerate rule development, testing, and deployment. You will contribute to modernization roadmaps and help ensure solutions are reliable, measurable, and aligned to governance expectations.

Job responsibilities
  • Develop and iterate product strategy and vision that delivers clear customer and business value
  • Define product requirements for a future-state fraud rules engine with advanced capabilities and AI adaptation
  • Lead end-to-end fraud rule lifecycle management from discovery through deployment, aligned to governance and control expectations
  • Conduct discovery and research to uncover needs, validate solutions, and inform product direction
  • Translate stakeholder goals into prioritized roadmaps, epics, and user stories with measurable outcomes
  • Own and maintain a product backlog that supports strategic priorities and delivery commitments
  • Partner with technology teams to enable efficient development, testing, and release processes
  • Track and report product success metrics across cost, features, risk posture, and reliability
  • Communicate trade-offs, dependencies, and decisions clearly to senior stakeholders and delivery partners
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5 years of experience in product management or a closely related domain
  • Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle practices, functional design, and data analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, requirements definition, and value management
  • Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leaders, stakeholders, and technology teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document clear requirements and acceptance criteria
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience operating in a highly matrixed environment with shifting priorities
  • Background in fraud decisioning, fraud rules, business rules engines, or similar decisioning platforms
  • Experience improving testing, controls, or automation across complex platforms
  • Experience designing product solutions that incorporate AI-enabled capabilities responsibly and effectively
