Vice President of Operations: This is Where You Come In

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on executive to lead construction operations across Western Washington, Oregon, and Eastern Washington. As Vice President of Operations, you'll oversee field operations and regional fabrication support across New Construction, CSP, Healthcare, and SSP, ensuring our teams consistently deliver safe, predictable, profitable, and high-quality projects.

You'll create operational consistency across regions by strengthening field execution, workforce development, fabrication, project delivery, safety, quality, and financial performance. Working closely with the President of Construction and executive leadership, you'll help build the operating system that enables MacDonald-Miller to scale while preserving the culture and values that set us apart.
