About the Role

Hasbro is looking for a Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition to serve as an enterprise leader responsible for defining and advancing Hasbro's global talent and workforce acquisition strategy. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), the VP of Global Talent Acquisition will provide strategic leadership across workforce planning, recruiting operations, talent sourcing and pipeline expansion, executive hiring, employer brand and value proposition, talent intelligence, technology and process improvement, organizational scalability, and candidate experience globally.

What You'll Own
  • Create and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with Hasbro Company goals and future talent needs.
  • Establish the vision, structure, operating model, and capabilities of the global talent acquisition function to ensure delivery of strategic business priorities.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leads and HR business partners on workforce capability planning, labor market trends, and talent-related risks and opportunities.
  • Design and implement innovative and scalable sourcing strategies to identify specialized, high performing top talent. Develop strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, industry networks, and professional organizations, to expand talent pipelines.
  • Lead creation and execution of scalable programs that ensure outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences, best-in-class interviewing capabilities, inclusive recruiting practices and compliance with applicable laws.
  • Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of processes, tools, and technologies to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, participant experience and strategic business impact.
  • Work with Global Communications and Engagement teams to highlight and build Hasbro's reputation as an employer of choice. Build innovative and engaging recruitment marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Lead and inspire a global talent acquisition organization. Champion a high-performance, feedback driven culture that emphasizes collaboration, innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Lead delivery of an expanded emerging talent program, including University relations, which serves as a pipeline for permanent positions.
  • Own and manage the global Talent Acquisition budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across regions, recruiting operations, employer branding, technology, agencies, and workforce planning initiatives.

  • Proven success defining and leading global talent acquisition and workforce strategies across complex, multinational organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability coaching, engaging, developing, and empowering talent organizations with an emphasis on building impactful teams.
  • Excellent communication skills. Strong executive presence with proven ability to influence C-suite leaders and business leads, globally.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with business leaders and HR Business Partners on workforce planning, organizational design, and transformation initiatives.
  • Experience leading enterprise talent acquisition transformation, operating model design, technology modernization, and vendor governance.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen with the ability to translate workforce insights into enterprise strategy and business outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of global labor markets, evolving workforce trends, and competitive talent landscapes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 12+ years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience, including considerable global and enterprise-scale responsibility.
  • Minimum seven years of people management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in the consumer goods, media, or entertainment industry.
