Overview
As the Vice President, Operations Lead, you will direct and oversee the operations of a dynamic and agile in-house studio working onsite at our client's office in the Houston, Texas area as an embedded member of the client's organization. This role requires a blend of strong digital production expertise, financial acumen, stakeholder management skills, innovative thinking, and leadership ability. You will drive the evolution of studio processes, ensuring efficiency and optimizing workflows through cutting-edge technologies such as AI. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining the studio's competitive edge while fostering an environment of creativity and innovation.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of all studio operations.
  • Align studio objectives with overall company goals to drive business growth and enhance service offerings.

Production Management:
  • Oversee all aspects of production for a high volume of deliverables such as, digital banners, digital video, social media, emails, audio, presentations, print, and collateral, ensuring high-quality, timely, consistent, and cost-effective delivery.
  • Manage and monitor Studio timelines, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations-proactively addressing challenges and opportunities.
  • Responsible for strategic alignment of all creative output with brand guidelines, company vision and corporate objectives
  • Implement innovative production techniques and tools to continually enhance output quality and efficiency.

Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage the studio budget and production costs, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Analyze financial reports and data to drive decisions that maximize profitability.

Process Optimization:
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance current studio processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and output.
  • Find efficiencies across all production areas, driving measurable performance improvements.

AI and Technology Integration:
  • Leverage AI and other emerging technologies to optimize studio workflows and production processes.
  • Stay updated on technology trends and lead initiatives to test and implement new tools and platforms.

Team Management and Development:
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Identify skill gaps and organize training programs to enhance team capabilities.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of studio services with broader company projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding studio operations.

Innovation and Problem Solving:
  • Drive a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to explore new ideas and approaches.

Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in digital production and studio operations, with a proven track record of leadership in a client-facing or in-house creative studio role.

Compensation Range: $163,201 - $234,570 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
