What You'll Do

Design and implement operational systems that improve efficiency, accountability, and scalability

Lead cross-functional teams across clinical, administrative, and operational departments

Establish and manage KPIs, scorecards, reporting structures, and performance metrics

Create organizational clarity through process development, documentation, and workflow optimization

Drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution

Partner closely with executive leadership to support company growth and expansion

Develop leadership teams and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions proactively

Ensure operational excellence while maintaining a strong client and employee experience

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Senior operational leadership experience (Director, VP, COO, or similar)

  • Experience implementing EOS or comparable operational frameworks
